Due to fact that the product is handmade, MyBeadedConnection does not generally accept returns. The exception is if an item becomes broken in transit. If item becomes broken in transit, email contact@mybeadedconnection.com and the owner will work on resending same item(s) free of charge. 

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return products.  Know that return shipping costs are at the expense of consumer.  All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please include enclosed invoice and return jewelry in the condition in which it arrived (brand new). Return address is included on shipping label.
